واترجت چیست؟ ( Waterjet – High pressure cleaner )
واترجت به انگلیسی waterjet می شود که همان کارواش صنعتی است که یک نوع دستگاه نظافت صنعتی با کاربرد بالا می باشد.
همانطور که از اسم دستگاه مشخص است کارکرد آن بر اساس فشار آب می باشد.
دستگاه کارواش صنعتی جزو مکانیزم های نظافتی جهت شستشوی می باشد.
سیستم شستشوی فشار قوی یا همان دستگاه واترجت از بخش های مختلف تشکیل شده است.
اجزای تشکیل دهنده دستگاه واترجت صنعتی
دستگاه کارواش صنعتی از بخش های مختلف تشکیل شده است.
- الکتروموتور
- پمپ ( pump of waterjet )
- تابلو برق
- تجهیزات ( گان ، نازل، شیلنگ و اتصالات )
- شاسی و بدنه
با درکنار هم قرار گرفتن موارد بالا می توان یک دستگاه کارواش صنعتی داشت.
الکتروموتور دستگاه واترجت صنعتی
الکتروموتور در دستگاه کارواش کار تبدیل انرژی الکتریکی به مکانیکی را انجام می دهد.
یک شفت از الکتروموتور خارج می شود و در زمان روشن بودن الکتروموتور کار چرخیدن را انجام می دهد.
شفت خارج شده از الکتروموتور بر روی پمپ کوپل می شود.
الکتروموتور ها ممکن از با برق تک فاز ( ۲۲۰ ولت ) یا برق سه فاز ( ۴۰۰ ولت ) کار کنند.
نکته : در برخی از دستگاه های کارواش صنعتی به جای الکتروموتور می توان از موتر بنزینی یا دیزلی استفاده نمود.
پمپ دستگاه واترجت صنعتی
پمپی که معمولاً در دستگاه کارواش صنعتی به کار می رود انواع مختلف دارد.
یکی از پرکاربردترین پمپ ها ، پمپ پیستونی می باشد.
تعداد پیستون ها معمولاً سه عدد می باشند و به صورت شعاعی یا خطی در کنار هم قرار دارند.
با گردش شفت خارج شده از الکتروموتور پیستون ها که همگی توسط یک صفحه به شفت متصل هستند به حرکت در می آیند.
آب توسط پیستون ها تحت فشار قرار می گیرد و به خروجی پمپ انتقال داده می شود.
تجهیزات ( گان ، نازل، شیلنگ و اتصالات ) دستگاه واترجت صنعتی
برای کار با دستگاه کارواش صنعتی یاز به یک سری ادوات شامل شیلنگ فشار قوی ، اتصالات ، لنس ، گان و نازل نیاز می باشد.
پس ازخروج آب تحت فشار از پمپ توسط شیلنگ به لنس ، گان و نازل انتقال داده می شود و روی سطح با فشار جت می شود.
شاسی و بدنه دستگاه واترجت صنعتی
تمامی متعلقات اصلی و فرعی یک دستگاه کارواش صنعتی بر روی شاسی دستگاه نصب شده است و توسط یک پوشش ( بدنه ) کاور می شود.
